Understand GSM before comparing price

GSM means grams per square meter: it describes fabric weight per unit area. It does not, by itself, tell you whether a towel is right for every job. Consider weave, fiber blend, size, edge construction and intended use alongside GSM.

For example, the Night Stalker Twisted Loop Microfiber is listed at 1200 GSM and 24 × 36 inches. Those specifications give buyers a concrete way to compare it with smaller or lighter options. Check each towel's product details before choosing the sizes and quantities for your operation.

Plan quantities around your laundry cycle

Estimate towel needs separately for drying, glass, interiors and other tasks. Multiply your typical jobs per day by the number of clean towels used for that task, then by the number of working days between clean batches. Add a reserve for busy days, contamination and towels removed from service.

For illustration, eight jobs using three general-purpose towels each require 24 clean towels per working day. A two-day laundry cycle would require 48 before adding a reserve. Use your actual workflow to calculate the other towel types rather than buying the same quantity of everything.
