Distributor Benefits

1. Tiered Pricing Structure
We offer a competitive tiered pricing model designed to ensure healthy profit margins for our distributors:

  • Tier 1 Pricing
    Our highest discount level, ideal for larger purchases.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum order of $1,500
    • Annual purchase volume of at least $15,000
    Note: Failure to meet the annual volume requirement may result in pricing adjustments.
  • Tier 2 Pricing
    Suitable for smaller orders with a competitive discount.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum order of $500
    Distributors in Tier 2 can upgrade to Tier 1 at any time once eligibility is met.

2. Quarterly Rebate Program
As a token of appreciation for our distributor partners, we offer a quarterly rebate incentive:

  • Rebates are calculated at the end of each quarter based on total qualifying product purchases.
  • Rebates can be applied toward future orders (excluding tax and shipping).
  • The more you spend, the more you save!

Eligibility:
• Must be an approved wholesale distributor with an active account
• Consistent purchasing throughout the year is required
• Only product purchases qualify (excludes taxes and shipping)

Distributor Requirements

  1. Valid Reseller Permit
    A state-issued Resale Certificate or Tax Exemption Permit is required.
  2. Adherence to MSRP Policy
    All distributors must follow our Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) policy.
    Violations will receive warnings, and repeated non-compliance may result in pricing tier adjustments or termination of distribution privileges.
  3. Order Minimums
    All orders must meet the applicable minimum purchase amounts based on your pricing tier.
